The Gospel of John (Part 2) | The Authority of the Son | July 26, 2026

Sermon Description:

Whose voice actually gets the final say in your life — your own instincts, other people's expectations, the pressure to keep achieving, or something else entirely? In John 5, we explore how easy it is to know a lot about God and still keep Him at arm's length, and what it looks like to move from information to genuine surrender. In this passage, Jesus confronts some deeply religious people who are missing the point. Jesus tackles the issue of authority, presence, and the difference between studying God and actually letting Him change you.
