To help lead the next generation of middle school students. Students aged 11-13 are in a pivotal time in life where they are starting to make their own decisions about who they want to be. Let’s ensure that Jesus is part of that!

To be a consistent and caring adult mentor to help high school youth (grades 9-12) navigate through adolescence and mature in their relationship with Jesus.

Guest Experience Team

Create a warm and inviting welcome as guests enter the Worship Center. Communicate with pastors and staff needs that may arise, as well as assisting with seating arrangements, gathering offerings, and contributing to a distraction-free worship environment.
Extend a warm welcome to visitors, foster a sense of community, and bring joy to people by offering them a delicious cup of hot coffee.
The role of a Greeter involves ensuring that arriving guests receive a warm welcome and offering assistance, such as giving directions or providing information as needed. In essence, your responsibility is to greet guests and assist them in finding their destination.
This ministry team holds a pivotal role, in influencing all who enter our campus. They ensure safety for pedestrians, assist attendees, and play a key role in welcoming guests while maintaining a smooth parking lot experience.

Discipleship and Care

Our discipleship and formation team oversees all spaces from skeptics and seekers, newcomers, members of our church family, and everyone who desires to deepen their walk with Jesus. We offer conferences, labs, Life Groups, Midsize and Support Groups, care and counseling, prayer team, mentorship, and leadership and spiritual development here at WestGate Church.
