Sermon Description:

In the Book of Acts, we see story after story of God creating a new community of people, led by His spirit and living the way of Jesus.  This is not a venture that’s possible without supernatural help, and so, in the New Testament, we see that God pours out specific gifts to His people to help them love each other and the world well.  In this teaching, we outline what the spiritual gifts are as outlined in the Bible, and then explain what they are, their purpose, and how they help the church thrive. It’s also an invitation to each of us to prayerfully seek God’s wisdom to discover and develop our own unique gifts for His kingdom work.
