During Christmas, we often spend money on trinkets, gifts and trivial gifts, getting swept up in presents. But the real message of Christmas and the real gift of Christmas is not in material presents, but in presence. Jesus comes to us, as Immanuel, God with us. And as we’ll see, the gift of presence is what each of us need the most from each other - and from God.
