Alongside the 13 local missionaries that WestGate supports monthly, we also have many different organizations and individuals as ministry partners. Often, we partner with them, giving them one-time gifts or gifts for various special projects or initiatives that support their important work.


THE AUBRI BROWN CLUB

The Aubri Brown Club helps families who have lost a child. Having lost a child themselves to SIDS, former NHL player Curtis Brown and his wife Ami hope to comfort others and support them on their road to emotional and spiritual healing.

 
 

Heart For Youth USA

Heart For Youth USA focuses on at-promise youth becoming confident, self-assured, and grounded in a culture that supports and helps each other. They do this by pairing youth with adult mentors who can offer them stable relationships, sound guidance, and positive life experiences.

 

UNPLANNED GOOD

Unplanned Good is an organization that promotes adoption as a positive option for those facing unplanned pregnancies. This nonprofit exists to help young women see that there is a third option (beyond abortion or parenting).

 

 

Western Seminary is based in Portland, Oregon, but has satellite campuses in the San Jose and Sacramento areas. Their mission is to serve as a catalyst and resource for spiritual transformation by working with and for the church to equip men and women for strategic ministry roles. Several of our pastors on staff have either graduated from or are currently attending Western Seminary.

 

WILLIAM JESSUP UNIVERSITY

WestGate Church has a scholarship partnership agreement with this Christian college, based in Sacramento but with a satellite campus in San Jose. The university offers a quality Liberal Arts education, founded on the integration of faith and academia, which enables students to become transformational leaders in their homes, churches, and communities. Several of our pastors on staff are proud graduates of WJU.

YUPP Org seeks to build youth empowerment and self-esteem in low income youth in the Bay Area by providing access to supportive activities and services through the performing arts and sports. One of our very own leaders Shelene Huey-Booker is the founder of YUPP bringing hope and empowering under-resourced youth with unique opportunities to flourish.
