    Here at WestGate, we care deeply about the well-being of our leaders. To that end, we are so excited to offer this new opportunity called Spiritual Direction for our life group leaders. A Note to Life Group Leaders

Thank you for investing your time and energy into building deeper communities here at WestGate Church. As a Life Group leader, you are a vital part of creating safe spaces of belonging where each person feels seen, known, and loved.

We are committed to providing you with ongoing training and pastoral support in your journey as a Life Group leader, including spiritual direction.

You will also receive regular communication and curated Life Group questions to better facilitate your group.
