In the last decade, the Mompremiers have built and developed a fully-accredited elementary school, an agriculture school, and a large university that seeks to provide a world-class education to native Haitians. The goal is to train and equip national leaders who will serve their native country in four major areas: medicine, education, pastoring and agriculture. The school and university offers hope and livelihood to scores of young people suffering from the abject poverty of the region.

Jorge Salfran

Meeting God in Baseball is a unique ministry that uses the incredibly popular sport of baseball as a tool to reach young boys and girls in the Dominican Republic. It also uses an existing network of coaches and players to spread the gospel, train and establish local coaches. In late 2019, they also started an identical ministry in the nearby nation of Cuba. And as these churches take root and mature, they become trusted hubs of aid for their communities during natural disasters and other crises.

Anchor Verse of 2023

Isaiah 6:5-8 “‘Woe to me!’ I cried. ‘I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty.’ Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. With it he touched my mouth and said, ‘See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.’ Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here I am. Send me!’”
