At WestGate Students, our vision is to partner with every parent to help every student say yes to Jesus. One of the best ways we do that is by keeping you informed about weekly updates, upcoming events, and ministry opportunities that help your student grow in faith and community.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce the updated WestGate Church Center App, designed to make staying connected with student ministry easier than ever.

    To communicate more clearly and consistently, we’re using the WestGate Church Center App as the main place for student ministry updates. This gives parents one simple place to stay informed about what’s happening.

  • Inside the app you’ll find a weekly Student Ministry update in the News and Events section, including:

    • What students are learning on Sundays

    • Life Group topics

    • Upcoming events and opportunities

    • Important reminders

    Our hope is that these updates help you continue the conversation at home with your student.

  • The WestGate Students Parent Group is your main hub for student ministry information.

    Inside the group you’ll find:

    • The full student ministry calendar

    • Upcoming events and series

    • Weekly resources for parents

    • Conversation prompts to help disciple your student

    Because faith isn’t formed in one hour a week, it grows in everyday moments.

  • Yes, but only when it matters.

    If you allow notifications, we may send:

    • Schedule changes

    • Important updates

    • Special opportunities for students

    2. Tap “My Events and News” and sign in

    3. Explore the weekly Student Ministry updates

    4. Click “Join Parent Group”

    5. Turn on Church Center notifications

    6. Watch for an email to opt in for text updates

  • Download the Church Center App from Planning Center

    1. On your smart device, go to your App Store

    2. Search for the app “Church Center” from Planning Center and click “download.”

    Log In to Church Center

    1. Confirm you’ve downloaded the Church Center app from Planning Center 

    2. CLICK HEREand follow the instructions provided by Planning Center to Log In to the Church Center App

    1. Confirm you’re inside the Church Center app from Planning Center 

    2. Click on “My Events and News” 

    3. Enter your phone number to link your account

  • Yes. Moving forward, student ministry updates will be communicated through the app instead of email.

    To stay in the loop, be sure to download the app and join the Parent Group.
