Lessons in the Life of Abraham

It’s hard to believe, but a simple desert nomad from Ancient Mesopotamia named Abraham still plays a prominent role in our modern world.  Abraham is upheld as an example of faith in three of the world’s largest religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.  And for Christians, Abraham is one of the towering and important figures in the history of the faith.  In fact, Abraham is sometimes called the “Father of our Faith.”  But why?  In this five-part series, we dissect five key moments in the life of Abraham, and explore the special relationship that Abraham had with God.  In the process, we’ll learn - as Abraham did - about God and how the lessons of life and faith that Abraham gleaned in his life are just as relevant and applicable to us today.
