Art at church, yes. Not like the Sistine Chapel (although that would be kinda cool). Like illustrating with acrylics how our lives are different with Christ in them, or using a Canon SLR to photograph people volunteering at an AIDS clinic.

Some ideas are best communicated visually, and that’s why the Artists Community exists at WestGate.

All types of media! You name it, we include it.

And we find that sometimes creativity can just be ideas, different points of view and just being part of the collaborative process. We’re not looking for professional credentials, just a heart that’s willing to serve God with their talents.
