One of the problems that many growing churches face is that, as the church grows, it becomes more and more difficult for people to meet and get to know others. Becoming involved in a ministry is WestGate's solution to this problem. Within ministries, individuals not only receive more face to face interaction with church leaders, but will also meet others who share similar interests and goals. WestGate's ultimate ministry goal is to provide a non-threatening atmosphere that will encourage growth, both personally and spiritually.
