Small groups at WestGate are known as Life Groups.  This is where you can connect with other people who will respect and accept you for who you are (both your baggage and your wisdom).  Life Groups offer a “refrigerator rights” mentality: the door is unlocked for you to come on in, kick off your shoes, grab a cookie from the kitchen and settle in for a conversation where you can bring your true self to the table – no mask necessary, no permission needed to just be you.

In keeping with Jesus’ teaching that two is better than one and three is stronger than two, we spur one another on in Life Groups to love God, our neighbor, and one another so that we continually look more and more like our teacher, Jesus. This is called Six40 Discipleship and is the core of who we are at WestGate. To learn more about Six40 Discipleship check out a Core Life Group.
