Welcome to KIDZTOWN!
for Nursery through 5th Grade
We provide a safe, fun and creative environment during our weekend services.
What to Expect
Your family’s safety and that of your child are our highest priority. We have a centralized computer check-in system with the ability to contact you at any time during the service. Our regular volunteers are screened through an application process and background check.
Our Nursery is designed to be a warm and nurturing environment, where your baby can learn about God’s love through the volunteers who care for them.
Child Dedications are offered three times a year — fall, winter, spring — and are a celebration for parents and child alike. Parents proclaim their child is a gift to them, by God, as they promise to raise him or her in the training and instruction of the Lord. It’s also a time for the congregation at WestGate to commit to supporting you. For information on the next Dedication, please contact Kim Stedman.
We offer plenty of opportunities for your “walking to 2 year olds” to explore, discover and move. Teachers sing, play, talk and repeat activities, giving each child a time to smile, laugh and play. There is a “Key Point” each week such as, God Made Me or God Loves Me.
Designed for 3 years of age through Pre-K, children learn about the Bible through games, crafts, Bible lessons and application activities.
Our goal is to connect kids to the heart of God. Kids learn to make wise choices, follow the Golden Rule, and to trust God, not matter what. They will participate in small and large groups during class time, including a group worship time.
Welcome to Club 45, where we provide a welcoming and fun group environment for kids to dive into God’s Word, as they seek to understand their faith and making choices. Kids build relationships with other kids during free time and experience the lesson through games, vides and small group time.
Our goal on weekends is to provide an atmosphere that includes every child!
One-On-One Buddy can be assigned to a specific child with whom to build a relationship and to be available for one-on-one attention, when needed to calm or comfort the child. Buddies are there to help the child engage socially, if possible, as well as to understand the lesson.
We also offer a self contained room on the Saratoga Campus during 11:15am service, for children with moderate to severe special needs. The goal is to teach the assigned lesson, if possible, and to create a safe space for the child so the parents can attend worship services.
