GO TRIPS: HOW TO APPLY

 

Before we begin…


Step 1

Read, pray and select one of the trips from list below.
Then fill out the online application below. 


Step 2

Mail in a deposit check for 20 percent of the trip cost.  Make the check to “Westgate Church” and put the trip name and trip members name in memo.  No cash please. Send to: WestGate Church, 6601 Camden Ave, San Jose, CA 95120


Step 3

Once your check is received, your application will be reviewed.  If accepted, you will be notified and your check will be deposited. If you application is not accepted for any reason the check will be destroyed or mailed back to you.


Step 4

Once your application is approved you will be emailed a link to join our online mission team management website called “Mission Minder”.


Step 5

Login into Mission Minder make your profile and complete the WestGate Agreement form located in the FILES tab.


Step 6

Attend GO trip trainings that will begin in Winter 2017 (September for 2016 Thanksgiving Trip). Dates will be in Mission Minder under TRIP INFO.
